  • Processing times may vary during high-demand periods, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on the delivery address and package weight.
  • Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination. We are not responsible for carrier delays or any additional customs charges for international shipments.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure all shipping information is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
  • For lost or stolen packages, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.

Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for shipped orders unless there is an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent).
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
